We work with you to meet both your requirements and your budget. Our quotes contain no hidden extras, we charge no commission on your rentals, and we provide excellent value for money. Here are our fees:

Rental Management

Please contact us directly for a quote

• Late check in fee: 20€ after 8pm - 40€ after 10pm (paid by guests)

Property Management

• Property checking                                                                               40€ per visit
• Syndic meeting (homeowners’ association)                                90€ for 2 hours
• Meeting Furniture delivery                                                               On quotation
• Arranging delivery/repairs of appliances                                      On quotation
• Keyholding                                                                                            On quotation
• Handyman                                                                                            On quotation

Renovation & maintenance

We have a team of contractors who quote and charge directly for renovation and maintenance; we’re happy to provide project management and supervision by arrangement.
